Maloney's is a family run retail and wholesale Butchers and Bakers that has built its reputation of quality and excellence over the last 25 years. Mike Maloney used his experience and expertise to start out as a retail butcher in 1979 and now has four shops. It is a family business - Mike is still the Managing Director with his daughter, Alison, now involved in the day to day running of the business too.

Sherrilyn Roast Beef Carvery
Prime roast Beef served on a soft Deli Roll accompanied by Horserdish sauce or English mustard. All free range cattle reared and fed on home grown feed and hung for 28 days for maturity.
Hog Roast Carvery
Succulent roast Pork served on a Deli Roll accompanied by Sage and Onion Stuffing and Apple Sauce. Rare breed woodland free range middle white Peatrain cross pigs.
Venison Burger from the Yorkshire Venison Company
Handmade free range Venision burgers and sausages served with mature Red Leicester or Quenby Hall Stilton cheese on a salad bap accompanied by English mustard or Cranberry Sauce.
6 oz Handmade caramelised Onion and Cracked Black pepper beef burger
Served with a choice of Mature Red Leicester or Quenby Hall Stilton cheese. All made from Limousin cattle with full traceability provided.
Large Hickory Smoked Sausage
Served on a soft Deli Roll with caramelised Onion and a selection of condiments. A Rare Breed of the Middle White Woodland free range pigs.
Best British Bacon
Rashers of British Bacon served on a soft Deli Roll with a choice of condiments. A Rare Breed of the Middle White Woodland Free range pigs.
4oz Prime Hereford Handmade Beef burger
Served with griddled onions on a soft Deli roll. Cattle fed on home grown feed with full traceablity.
For the sweet toothed there will be a mobile catering station providing Fresh Ground Coffee and Crepes.
Scriven and Thorntons
All Sausage and Bacon prepared on the mobile catering stations are supplied by Scriven and Thorntons where the live stocks are all home reared and fed. Full traceability of all livestock with an on-site abattoir.
Adkins Bakery, Nottingham
Adkins Bakery, Nottingham, have provided all the Rolls for all of the mobile catering stations. Adkins Bakery is a family run craft bakery having been established by Michael Adkin in the 1970’s. This tradition is continued today through Steve & Helen Robinson, Helen being Michael’s Daughter.
