STAND NUMBERS, STAND LAYOUTS AND DELIVERY OF EXHIBITS
The layouts of stands in both indoor halls and on outside areas can be viewed by using the links below. In addition, to the stand layouts, colour-coded areas indicate the day upon which large exhibits, whether wheeled or requiring forklift unloading and transport to the stand, must be delivered to the showground to be placed on the relevant stands. However, such exhibits can be delivered BEFORE the stipulated delivery day and they will be off-loaded and stored in the secure parking area prior to being moved on to the stand on the appointed day.
With over 750 stands at LAMMA 2012, Exhibitors are requested to assist the Organisers in ensuring the most efficient turn-around of delivery vehicles and efficient use of forklift capacity by complying with the published schedules.

Thursday 12th to Tuesday 17th January
Thursday 12th - 7am to 6pm
Friday 13th - 7am to 6pm
Saturday 14th - 7am to 4pm - 'off-schedule' deliveries welcomed
Sunday 15th - 7am to 4pm - 'off-schedule' deliveries welcomed
Monday 16th - 7am to 6pm
Tuesday 17th - 7am to 10pm.
Pre-notification of weekend deliveries would be appreciated (Please use contacts set out on delivery schedules).
